In Stock Items
We are a small business and due to high demand and supply chain issues, we cannot guarantee our product will be always in stock. We will do our best to keep you informed when new product is back in stock.
Service
We reserve the right to refuse parts or service to anyone as we see fit.
Ordering Mistakes
Customer mistakes on orders that require us to cancel/refund the entire order or a portion of the order prior to shipment will be subject to a 5% charge to cover the internal and payment processing fee that we are charged for each transaction. So if you mistakenly order multiples of something or submit a duplicate order or another scenario that requires us to process a refund, we're still charged 5% on that transaction and we pass that fee back to you during the refund. The 5% charge only applies to the portion refunded. Only exclusion is if the refund is due to a lack of inventory on our part, in that case we'll pay the fee.
Trademarks & Logo
All trademarks and logos used in this site are properties of their respective companies; they are used for demonstration of reproduction capabilities only. We resume no responsibility for determining trademark/logo ownership.
Shipping and Returns
M.F. Kustoms, LLC will make every effort to ship all in stock orders placed by 2pm CST within 48 hours. If your order is not in stock, you will be notified during the checkout process prior to completing your order. We are a small business and will strive to keep all items in stock and will communicate clearly with you about the status of any orders placed for items that are out of stock.
International Shipping
We will only ship within the contiguous United States. No international orders can be accepted at this time.
Sales Tax
All orders placed are subject to Missouri’s sales tax. M.F. Kustoms, LLC has no control over these taxes.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall M. F. Kustoms, LLC be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to all buyers.
Warranty Coverage
This section applies to any product (unit) that is available as a kit or assembled product (e.g. standard 86-93 Mustang MFAdapter, 94-95 Mustang MFAdapter). M.F. Kustoms, LLC provides a limited warranty for the MFAdapter Assembled units to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30-days from purchase date. Within the period of this warranty, M.F. Kustoms, LLC will repair or replace any part proving defective in materials or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized M.F. Kustoms, LLC technician.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective unit under this warranty shall be assumed by M.F. Kustoms, LLC except for shipping costs to M.F. Kustoms, LLC and return shipping costs in excess of $25 to customer.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
Service calls to correct the installation of a unit, or to explain the usage of the product with the customer.
Repairs necessitated by the customer due to negligence, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized customer modification of the unit.
Damage caused by natural disaster, theft, or loss of the unit.
An authorized technician will evaluate the unit and if the problem found is due to the above, the service fee will be $150 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum service fee charge plus the cost of materials to repair the unit.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
The buyer must notify M.F. Kustoms, LLC by emailing support@mfkustoms.com of any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity promptly upon discovery. An authorized technician will discuss the issue with you to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. If the problem is assumed to be related to materials and workmanship, we will provide an RMA number along with an address for shipping the unit. The unit must be shipped within one (1) business day of notification. Once the unit arrives, an authorized M.F. Kustoms, LLC technician will further evaluate the unit and if the problem is due to materials and workmanship, we will repair it free of charge if the product is still under warranty.
If the buyer sends the product by U.S. mail, we recommend the buyer insure it and send it return receipt requested. We accept no liability for products misplaced or lost in shipment.
Legal
The person that is purchasing these products makes the following representations and acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Some of our products are for off-road use only. These off-road race only products are designed and intended for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed. It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying these products and/or using these products agrees to use the vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein.
The user accepting this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless M.F. Kustoms and its principals for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses, or other costs which may arise from the use of these product and without limiting the generality of the foregoing specifically acknowledges the following:
Use of these products for purposes other than solely for competition is a violation of federal law and may violate applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle and other laws. The user warrants that these products shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events.
That use of these products may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the vehicle or from others.
That use of these products may make the vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage or death.
That the installation of these products, improper installation of these products, use of these products with other components or failure to use these products in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage or death.
E.P.A. Federal Regulations, California (CARB), other states and governing authorities prohibit the sale or use of some aftermarket parts, including those that tamper with, modify or defeat emissions systems in any 1966 and newer vehicles.
M.F. Kustoms, LLC prohibits the use of its products on emission controlled vehicles. All parts are sold for OFF ROAD, RACE-ONLY, ground-vehicle use purposes only.
Furthermore, closed course racing is an inherently dangerous sport with significant risk of personal injury or even death. Racers and/or spectators accept the risk inherent therein.
